Smoked pork ribs
Pork seasoned with our new blend (clucking good chicken rub) which is coming out soon!!! We smoked them on the pellet grill 175 degrees for 2.5 hrs then wrap in foil and put in oven on 230 degrees for 3 hours. And potatoes drizzled in Kerry gold grass fed butter and seasoned with spice gal (Season it up) blend. Baked in oven 350 for 1.5hrs (cover with foil for first 30mins). Then I turn off the oven and let them sit in there another 20-30mins.
MELT IN YOUR MOUTH DELICIOUS!!!
